I am no fan of packaged juices. How much ever the advertisers try to sell these saying that they are crammed with all possible kind of nutrients and vitamins and are packed with utmost hygiene in those tetra packs, they just don’t make it to my mind. I guess its long inculcated fresh juice culture and juices like watermelon juice and bael juice which beats this packaged stuff, any day.
Having said all that, I was floored away by this drink. And, major portion of this drink is guava juice, the packaged kind. But, you have got to try this. Coming for me, that is huge. So, you must.
The first time I had this drink was in a restaurant in Mumbai. It has been on my mind since then. We were intrigued by the name Peru Chilli mainly the chilli part of it. Hence, decided to try it.
And boy, was it yum!
The first thing you will taste is peru or guava (duh!) and then the combination of rock salt and lemon which is always so delicious. The chilli hits at the end of the sip and lingers for a long long time.
To know more.. go grab a pack of guava juice and get mixing.
